 | [===] ҆ѡ кáко ꙋмиле́нꙋ мл҃твꙋ возисилаю б҃ꙋ | [Title] About how I send a nice prayer to God |
I thank you, o Lord, my God! |
How much do you love me! |
And you help me. |
And you respect me like your beloved servant. |
I called with all my heart to the generous God: |
O Lord, listen to me! |
And save me from the decay of my life! |
And the Christ Himself spoke thus in the Holy Gospel: |
If there will be two or three coming together in my name,ʺ |
I will be there too among them.ʺ
Because some people like to sing and to read fast, |
да не́ разноси́т се ҆имь ҆ꙋмь на дрꙋ́га стрáна | so that their mind will not be taken away elsewhere.
And others read and sing slowly. |
And they take care not to make any error. |
Because they did not have learned and trained well. |
But if you read and sing slowly, it is pleasing God. |
But also if you read fast, God does not dislike (it). |
But (if you read) with humble heart and peaceful spirit, |
тáко, бг҃ь вразꙋмл҆ꙗ́еть чл҃ве́ка на всáкою до́броде́тель | thus God gives prudence to man for every virtue.
And the word acts to be understood (?) in the mind of his long-year servants, |
ко҆ито тво́рꙋть мл҃твꙋ сáсь бл҃годаре́нїе ҆и ꙋ҆сер͛диемь | who do the prayer with gratitude and effort.
Always, the known is the true (?) |
And as the Divine Scripture truly says: |
(Those deeds?) which were done and happened, they show everything to our God.ʺ |
And: ʺThe creation calls its Creator, that He is the Lord.ʺ |
And He gives us Eternal Life. |
And we bow to our God. |
Glory (be to our God) now and forever! |
 | (҆áмин) | Amen. |
Afterword] I finished this book, called and named Prologue. |
 | произве́дохь ѿ, щан͛пꙋ на про́стаго ҆ези́ка радѝ про́сти людїе да разꙋме́ють всáческое | [Afterword] I produced (it) from printed (sources) to a simple language, so that simple people understand everything. |
Afterword] I wrote (this) down, Priest Puno of Mokreš. |
The end. |
And Glory (be) to God! |
