| 113: | i napisa teskere | And he wrote a notice: |
| 114: | ete ja teodorъ xrtianinъ pratimъ moemu blgodatelju avramu iudejaninu četiri xiljadi litri zlato u kovъčegъ | ʺHereby I, Theodore the Christian, send to my helper, Abraham the Jew, four thousand pounds of gold in a stash.ʺ |

| 132: | i napregnu se edinъ jako golemъ talasъ | And one very strong wave stretched out. |
| 133: | i prikara kovčegъ sasъ zlato pri noze židovinu | And it brought the stash of gold to the Jew's legs. |
| 134: | i onъ go uze | And he took it. |
| 135: | i zanese go na domъ svoi | And he brought it to his house. |
| 136: | i otvori kovъčegъ | And he opened the stash. |
| 137: | i naide vrъzъ zlato to teskere što beše pisalъ teodorъ židovinu | And he found on the gold the note, which Theodore had written to the Jew. |
| 138: | i drugo ozgorъ pripisano evreiski | And (he found also something) else, written above in Hebrew. |
| 139: | ete azъ iisъ xrtosъ ot ѳeodra xrtianina prinesoxъ ti zlato po sredъ more sasъ talasъ | ʺBehold, I, Jesus Christ, brought you gold from Theodore the Christian through the middle of the sea by a wave.ʺ |

| 169: | i vide todrъ svoe pismo | And Theodore saw his writing, |
| 170: | i pozna go | and he recognized it. |

| 172: | sъgъ uzmi svoe | ʺNow, take your (property)!ʺ |

| 174: | i kogi vidoxu tova pismo udivixu se | And when they saw the writing, they were amazed. |
| 175: | i rekoxu si meždu sebe | And they said to each other: |
| 176: | fala bgu | ʺGlory (be) to God!ʺ |
| 177: | tova samъ xrtosъ pripisa za znamenie | ʺThe Christ Himself wrote that as a sign!ʺ |
