| 93: | ʾi privéde go pri toʾjá ʾobrázь ʾis͒ь xr͒tóvь štotò béše písanь na vratá ta | And he brought him to the picture, of Jesus Christ, which was drawn on the door. |
| 94: | ʾi réče židovínь | And the Jew said (...) |

| 107: | prodáde pšenícu | He sold the wheat, |
| 108: | ʾi kupi po srébrenik méru vinò | and he bought a barrel of wine for a silver coin. |
| 109: | ʾi ʾōtide u velíki grádь ʾanьtióxïju | And he went to the great city of Antioch. |
| 110: | prodade tuju méru vinò po zlátniku | He sold the barrel of wine for a gold coin. |
| 111: | ʾi sьbra četíri xíljadi litri zláto | And he collected four thousand pounds of gold. |
| 112: | ʾi naloži zláto u kov͛čegь | And he put the gold into a stash. |
| 113: | ʾi napisà téskere | And he wrote a notice: |
| 114: | ʾetè ʾjá tewdorь xr͒tianinь prátimь moemu bl͂godátelju ʾávramu ʾiudeʿjaninu četiri xíljadi lítri zláto u kov͛čegь | ʺHereby I, Theodore the Christian, send to my helper, Abraham the Jew, four thousand pounds of gold in a stash.ʺ |

| 121: | gd͒i ïis͂e xr͒te bž̃e móĭ ʾjá se na tébe nádamь | ʺO Lord Jesus Christ, my God, I put my hopes on you!ʺ |
| 122: | zapratíxь po more kovčegь sa͒ zláto | ʺI sent a stash of gold by the sea.ʺ |
| 123: | ti gd͒i prinesí go u cárigrádь | ʺYou, o Lord, bring it to Tsarigrad!ʺ |
| 124: | ʾi dái go moʾemu záĭmodav͛cu | ʺAnd give it to my lender!ʺ |
| 125: | ʾi sadadé se vet͛rь golémь búra strášna u móre | And a great wind, a terrible storm came in the sea. |
| 126: | ʾi podь brégove stóexu korábli u cárigrádь | And there were ships on the shores of Tsarigrad. |
| 127: | ʾi razbívaxu se wt búini ʾi strášni taláse | And they were being broken by wild and terrible waves. |
| 128: | ʾi sьvь narodь ʾizь; grádь ʾizleze na kráĭ móre | And all the people went out of the city to the sea shore, |

| 130: | ʾi stanu na brégь | And he stood on the shore. |
| 131: | ʾi postojà mal͛ko | And he stood a little. |
| 132: | ʾi napregnu se ʾedínь ʾjáko golémь talasь | And one very strong wave stretched out. |
| 133: | ʾi prikara kovčegь sásь zláto pri nóze žídovínu | And it brought the stash of gold to the Jew's legs. |
| 134: | ʾi ʾwnь go uze | And he took it. |
| 135: | ʾi zanese go na dómь svóĭ | And he brought it to his house. |
| 136: | ʾi ʾōtvóri kov͛čegь | And he opened the stash. |
| 137: | ʾi náĭde vrьzь zlato to téskere što béše pisalь teodorь židovínu | And he found on the gold the note, which Theodore had written to the Jew. |
| 138: | ʾi drugo wzgórь pripisano ʾevréiski | And (he found also something) else, written above in Hebrew. |
| 139: | ʾéte ʾázь ïis̃ь xr͒tósь wt ѳewdra xr͒tiănina prinesox͛ ti zlato po srédь more sásь talasь | ʺBehold, I, Jesus Christ, brought you gold from Theodore the Christian through the middle of the sea by a wave.ʺ |

| 155: | ne s͛mь ní wt kogò uzélь | ʺI have not taken (anything) from anyone.ʺ |
| 156: | togíva ѳeʾwdorь produma | Then Theodore said: |
| 157: | ʾjá sasь tébe nikakva duma né mamь | ʺI have no word (quarrel?) with you.ʺ |

| 168: | todre poznavaš li tovà pismò | ʺO Theodore, do you recognize this letter?ʺ |
| 169: | ʾi vide todrь svoè pismo | And Theodore saw his writing, |
| 170: | ʾi pozna go | and he recognized it. |
| 171: | ʾá drugo wzgórь prípisano evréĭski káže | And another (writing), written above in Hebrew, said: |
| 172: | sь´gь uzmi svoè | ʺNow, take your (property)!ʺ |
| 173: | ï iudeanïne ne xuli méne | ʺAnd do not blaspheme against me!ʺ |
| 174: | ʾi kogi vídoxu tová písmo udivíxu se | And when they saw the writing, they were amazed. |
| 175: | ʾi rekoxu si meždu sébe | And they said to each other: |
| 176: | fála bg̃u | ʺGlory (be) to God!ʺ |
| 177: | tovà sámь xr͒tosь pripisa za znamenïe | ʺThe Christ Himself wrote that as a sign!ʺ |
