| 15: | i falexu mltivi te člveci što imъ davaxu mltinja za bga | And they were praising the merciful people who were giving them alms for God |
| 16: | i blgoslavajaxu gi | And they were blessing them |
| 17: | i za nixъ bga molexu | And they were praying to God for them |
| 18: | a ne mltivi te ѱuvaxu i proklinjaxu | And the merciless ones they cursed and damned |
| 19: | doide duma i za petra ne mltivago če onъ nikomu ništo ne dava | Word came about merciless Peter too, that he does not give anything to anyone |

| 48: | i pofali bga jako mltivъ estъ | And he praised the Lord for being very merciful |
| 49: | i po nekoliko dni razbole se petrъ | And after a few days Peter became sick |
| 50: | i ležaše źle dogde veče beše prišla dša da umre | And he was laying sick until the time had already come for his soul to die |
| 51: | i angeli bžii gledaxu negovo čudo | And the angels of God were looking at his wonder |

| 60: | i razdade si sve imane to na siromasi | And he gave away all his wealth to paupers |
| 61: | i robie što imaše sve gi oprosti | And the servants he had, he released them all |

| 63: | ti sedi tuka | ʺYou sit hereʺ |

| 70: | i dai cenu moju na siromasi | ʺAnd give my worth to paupersʺ |
| 71: | i ti samъ sebe štešъ da oprostišъ | ʺAnd so you will absolve yourself tooʺ |
| 72: | i otidoxa va ierlimъ | And they went to Jerusalem |
| 73: | i poklonixa se na stoe mesto | And they bowed down at the holy place |
| 74: | i prodade gdna svoego robo na ednogo bgobojaznago člveka | And the lord sold his slave to one God-fearing man |
| 75: | i cena što uze robo za gdna si razdade ju na siromasi | And the price the slave got for his lord, he gave away to paupers |
| 76: | i stanu petrъ siromax i prodaden | And Peter became a pauper and a sold one |
| 77: | i poče da raboti u gradinu | And he began working in the garden |

| 82: | i sednaxu na obedъ u gdna petrovago | And they sat down to have a lunch at Peter's lord's |
| 83: | a petrъ panici iznoseše i unoseše | And Peter was bringing plates in and out |
| 84: | a goske to petra poznaxu | And the guests recognized Peter |
| 85: | i dumaxu | And they were saying: |
| 86: | va istinu petrъ e tova | ʺThis is really Peter!ʺ |
| 87: | i kazaxu gospodinu petrovomu | And they said to Peter's lord: |
| 88: | znai brate | ʺKnow, brotherʺ |
| 89: | petrъ golemъ boljarinъ beše u negovu zemlju | ʺPeter was a big boyar in his landʺ |
| 90: | i sve imenie svoe razdade na siroti | ʺAnd he gave away all his wealth to paupersʺ |
| 91: | i mnogo rabi svoi oprostilъ | ʺAnd he released many of his slavesʺ |
| 92: | a petrъ predъ vrata slušaše što dumaxa goske to za nego | And Peter was listening in front of the door to what the guests were saying about him |
| 93: | i ostavi panicu | And he left the plate |
| 94: | i izleze | and he went out |
| 95: | i beše vratarъ na toja domъ gluxъ i nemъ | And the doorman of this house was deaf and mute |
| 96: | drugo ništo ne raboteše | He did not do any other work |
| 97: | toko otvaraše i zatvaraše | He was just opening and closing |
| 98: | togiva reče emu petrъ | Then Peter said to him: |
| 99: | o vrataru vo ime gda našego iisa xrta otvori mi vrata ta | ʺO doorman, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, open the door for me!ʺ |
| 100: | i onъ mu ottvori vrata | And he opened the door for him |
| 101: | izleze petrъ | Peter went out |
| 102: | i pobeže | and he ran away |
| 103: | o slava člvečeska | O human glory! |
| 104: | i kato beše onja člvekъ gluxъ i nemъ | And as that man was deaf and mute |
| 105: | i otde skoro | he quickly went |
| 106: | i kaza gdnu svoemu | and he said to his lord: |
| 107: | gdne velikъ rabъ bži pobeže ot nasъ | ʺMy lord, the great servant of God ran away from us!ʺ |
| 108: | a gdinъ reče vrataru | And the lord said to the doorman: |
| 109: | zašto otvori ti robu moemu vrata | ʺWhy did you open the door for my slaveʺ |
| 110: | ta pobeže | ʺso he ran away?ʺ |
| 111: | a vratarъ kaže | And the doorman said: |
| 112: | gdne zakle me za ime gda našego issa xrta | ʺO lord, he sweared me in the name of our Lord Jesus Christʺ |
| 113: | i ja mu otvorixъ vrata | ʺAnd I opened the door for himʺ |
| 114: | i vidoxъ če izide plamenъ izъ usta negovi | ʺAnd I saw that a flame was coming out of his mouthʺ |
| 115: | i dokači plamenъ uši moi i jazikъ moi | ʺAnd the flame touched my ears and my tongueʺ |
| 116: | togiva pročuxъ i produmaxъ | ʺThen I could hear and talk againʺ |
| 117: | i oni skoro poidoxa po nego | And they quickly followed him |
| 118: | i ne naidoxa go | And they did not find him |
| 119: | i proslaviša ba | And they praised God |
