18: | stoi brate | ʺWait, brother!ʺ |
19: | ne možeme nia nošteska da izlezneme | ʺWe cannot go out during the night!ʺ |
20: | zašto sme nie oče na čuždo mesto | ʺFor we are, father, at a stranger's placeʺ |
21: | nelo trъpi | ʺBut resistʺ |
22: | i ba moli dogde sъmne | ʺand pray to God until it dawnsʺ |
23: | i duxovnikъ posluša | And the priest listened |
24: | i ot tamo nigde ne otide | And he did not go anywhere from there |

52: | i oni ju zavedoxa u devičeski mntrъ | and they led her to a convent |
53: | i pročetexu nadi glavu noinu stuju bžestvenu mltvu | and they read the Holy Prayer over her head |
54: | i postriže duxovnikъ ei glavu | and the prest cut her hair |
55: | i pokalugeri ju | and she took the veil (lit. ʺhe turned her into a nunʺ) |

63: | i tamo sede do starosti na onja mntrъ | And she stayed there in that monastery until old age |
64: | i mnogo razumъ beše dobila | And she had got much reason |
65: | i čudesa tvoreše | and she was working miracles |
66: | i sa miromъ bgu dxъ predade | and she yielded up her soul to God in peace |
