| 3: | ҆и ѿ пр͒рочество ҆иѡилево | [Title] and from the prophecy of Joel |
| 4: | Послꙋшáйте бл҃гослове́ни хр͒толюби́ви хр͒тиӑни какво заповедꙋеть. намь ст҃ое прáвило | hear, o blessed Christ-loving Christians, what the Holy Scripture commands us! |
| 5: | ре́че гд͒ь | the Lord said: |
| 6: | чл҃веци мо́и ҆ѡбрьнете срдце вáше кам͛тѡ ме́не вь по́сть ҆и вь покаѧнїе | ʺo my people, turn your heart towards me in fasting and repentanceʺ |
| 7: | ҆и плаче́те | ʺand cryʺ |
| 8: | ҆и ридáйте | ʺand weepʺ |
| 9: | ҆и рáсторгне́те срдце вáше ҆и ризи вáша | ʺand tear your heart and your shirtsʺ |
| 10: | ҆и ѡбрьне́те се кам͛тѡ гд͒а бг҃а вáшего | ʺand turn yourself towards the Lord, your Godʺ |
| 11: | защо́ е бг҃ь милости́вь ҆и ще́дрь ҆и дльго трьпели́вь ҆и много ми́лости́вь | ʺbecause God is merciful, and generous, and long-patient, and very mercifulʺ |
| 12: | ҆и покайте се | ʺand repentʺ |
| 13: | ҆и покайте се ѿ зло́би вáши | ʺand repent for your angerʺ |
| 14: | ҆и моле́те се гд͒ꙋ бг҃ꙋ нашемꙋ со глáсомь вели́кимь | ʺand pray to the Lord, our God, with a great voiceʺ |
| 15: | ҆и ѡст҃ите пость | ʺand consecrate the Lentʺ |
| 16: | ҆и да се збе́рете свѝ лю́дие | ʺand may you all people assembleʺ |
| 17: | ҆и ѡст҃ите цр҃квꙋ | ʺand consecrate the churchʺ |
| 18: | ҆избере́те презви́тере попо́ве | ʺchoose presbyters, priestsʺ |
| 19: | и тако рече гд͒ь | and thus the Lord says: |
| 20: | срáма ради да не погазїте речь | ʺmay you not break your word (?) because of shameʺ |
| 21: | но рци млдици ҆и стар͛ци | ʺbut tell to both a young and old one:ʺ |
| 22: | ҆и да се не прибли́жва мꙋ́жь при женꙋ̀ свою̀ | ʺand may a man does not come closer to his wifeʺ |
| 23: | ҆и неве́ста ѿ легало своѐ да ѿбе́гне дале́ко | ʺand may the bride runs far away from her bedʺ |
| 24: | добре би би́ло да се под͛слоните под сен͛кю цр҃ко́внꙋю | ʺit would be good to take shelter in the shadow of a churchʺ |
| 25: | ҆и свѝ да поплáчете за грехов ваших | ʺand may you all weep for your sinsʺ |
| 26: | ҆и сщ҃еници слꙋжителе бж҃їй: да рекꙋть | ʺand may your priests, servants of God, tell:ʺ |
| 27: | опро́сти гди лю́ди своѧ̀ | ʺo Lord, be merciful to your peopleʺ |
| 28: | ҆и не дáй достоѧнїе своѐ на зли: прокле́ти ҆ꙗзи́чници | ʺdo not give your right to the evil and accursed heathensʺ |
| 29: | да нѐ рекꙋть. ꙗзи́чници | ʺmay the heathens will not say:ʺ |
| 30: | гдѐ ҆есть бг҃ь ни́хань | ʺwhere is their God?ʺ |
| 31: | ҆и тоги́ва ще бг҃ь да пожáли землю сво́ю | then, God will have mercy on His land |
| ҆и да про́сти лю́ди своѧ̀ | and He will forgive His people | |
| 32: | ҆и паки. ре́че гд͒ь | and again, the Lord said: |
| 33: | поклоне́те се ме́не | ʺbow to meʺ |
| 34: | ҆и послꙋшáйте мене зáповедь | ʺand follow my commandementsʺ |
| 35: | ҆и волю мою̀ творе́те | ʺand do my biddingʺ |
| 36: | ҆и азь вáмь да даде́мь .:. пло́дь зе́мльни | ʺand I shall give you the fruit of the landʺ |
| жи́то ҆и вино ҆и еле́й | ʺgrain and wine and oilʺ | |
| да се наси́тите ѿ добро̀ | ʺso that you will be satiatedʺ | |
| 37: | ҆и да не даде́мь вась на зли ҆ꙗ́зи́чници да вѝ го́нꙋть да пле́чете | ʺand I shall give you not to the evil heathens to chase you, to (make you?) cryʺ |
| 38: | ҆и сви те ве́ри да ѿби́емь | ʺand I shall defeat all the (false) religionsʺ |
| 39: | ҆и да гѝ ѿри́нем ѿ вáсь | ʺand I shall drive them away from youʺ |
| 40: | ҆и да ги пратимь вь зе́млю безво́днꙋю | ʺand I shall send them to the waterless landʺ |
| 41: | ҆и да ги потребим ѿ землю | ʺand I shall erase them from the landʺ |
| 42: | да ги потопимь вь мо́ре | ʺI shall drown them in the seaʺ |
| 43: | да ҆изи́де ѿ море гно́й ҆и смрáдь ѿ ни́хь | ʺpus and stench from them shall arise from the seaʺ |
| 44: | ҆á вие лю́дие мо́й да рече́те .:. | ʺand you, my people, shall say:ʺ |
| 45: | дерзáи зе́мле | ʺbe confident, o land!ʺ |
| 46: | рáдꙋи се | ʺrejoice!ʺ |
| 47: | ҆и весели́ се .:. | ʺand be happy!ʺ |
| 48: | гд͒ь намь що ре́че сотвори | ʺ(for) the Lord has made, what He saidʺ |
| 49: | веселите се лю́дие | ʺrejoice, o people!ʺ |
| 50: | ҆и сви ско́ти по поле ра-дꙋйте се | ʺand all the cattle in the field, rejoice!ʺ |
| 51: | прорáсте поле ҆и пꙋсти. го́ри ҆и хол͛ми | ʺthe field and deserted mountains (forests?) and hills grew with abundanceʺ |
| 52: | ҆и дрь́вꙗ принесохꙋ, пло́дь сво́й | ʺand the trees brought their fruitʺ |
| 53: | ҆и ло́зиа пророди́хꙋ | ʺand the vineyards grew with abundanceʺ |
| 54: | ҆и смоко́внице дадохꙋ крепость свою | ʺand fig trees gave their strengthʺ |
| 55: | ҆и сви лю́дие да рече́те | ʺand may all the people say:ʺ |
| 56: | радꙋйте се си́нове чл҃ве́чести | ʺrejoice, sons of men!ʺ |
| 57: | ҆и веселете се | ʺand be happy!ʺ |
| 58: | ҆и зафале́те гд͒ꙋ бг҃ꙋ нашемꙋ че ни даде бг҃ь жито вь прáвдꙋ | ʺand praise the Lord, our God, that He truly gave us the grainʺ |
| 59: | ҆и даде вамь дь́ждь рáни ҆и позни .:. като ꙋ пре́жни те вре́мена | ʺand He gave you the early and the late rain as in the previous timesʺ |
| да вѝ ҆исполни́ть гꙋ́мна ваша сась пшени́цꙋ | ʺso that He fills your treshing floors with wheatʺ | |
| ҆и да пролию́т се точи́ла ви́но ҆и елей | ʺand that your presses are overfilled with wine and oilʺ | |
| 60: | ҆и да дамь вáмь ле́то чисто | ʺand I shall give you a pure summerʺ |
| 61: | да не бꙋдет поть ҆и трꙋ́дь вáшь за лꙋдꙋ | ʺso that your sweat and work is not senseless (?)ʺ |
| 62: | да не ҆ꙗ́дꙋть прꙋ́зи ҆и гꙋсе́ници ни́ви ҆и лозиа вáши ҆и рьџа ҆и м͛гла | ʺlocusts and caterpillars shall not eat your acres and vineyards, nor rust nor fogʺ |
| 63: | да не ҆ѡгладне́ют че́да вáши | ʺyour children shall not become hungryʺ |
| 64: | тáко ре́че гд͒ь | thus the Lord said: |
| 65: | си́ла моꙗ̀ вели́ка есть що смь прати́ль вáмь ҆ꙗ́сти҆ꙗ́ | ʺmy power is great, (by which) I gave you foodʺ |
| 66: | ҆ꙗ́ште | ʺeatʺ |
| 67: | ҆и насите́те се | ʺand satisfy yourselfʺ |
| 68: | ҆и восхвале́те г͒а бг҃а вáшего щото̀ сотво́ри сáсь ва͒ чꙋдесà | ʺand praise the Lord, your God, who made miracles with youʺ |
| 69: | ҆и не посраме́те се лю́дие мои во ве́ки | ʺand do not shame yourself, o my people, in agesʺ |
| 70: | дер͛заите | ʺbe confidentʺ |
| 71: | ҆и посте́те | ʺand fastʺ |
| 72: | ҆и возьдрьжайте се твер͛до ѿ васáкое не чт͒о | ʺand abstain seriously from everything impureʺ |
| 73: | тáко ре́че гд͒ь васедрьжи́тель | thus spoke the Lord Pantocrator: |
| 74: | ҆ете | ʺbehold!ʺ |
| 75: | ҆áзь сп͒аю лю́ди моѧ ѿ зе́млю ѿ ҆истокь ҆и ѿ зе́млю ѿ зáпадь | ʺI save my people from the land of the East and from the land of the Westʺ |
| 76: | ҆и да вѝ заведе́мь вь зе́млю мою | ʺand I shall bring you to my landʺ |
| 77: | ҆и вие да бꙋ́дете лю́ди моꙗ̀ | ʺand you shall be my peopleʺ |
| 78: | ҆и азь бг҃ь ваш | ʺand I (shall be) your Godʺ |
