58: o golema blgodatъ i čtъ što si se ti spodobilъ iosife o, great (is the) grace and honor, for which you became worthy, o Joseph!
59: i rekoxa prroci te i učenici te and the prophets and apostles said:
60: o blženi i blgodarovani iosife kakvi pesni ti peeše kogi togo noseše da go pogrebešъ ʺo blessed and grateful Joseph, what songs did you sing, as you carried Him to bury Him?ʺ
61: nie razumexme zašto si veliki i divni pesni pejalъ we have understood, why you sang wondrous songs
i dumi dumalъ deto našъ ezikъ i usta ne možatъ iskaza and (why) you spoke words, which our tongue and mouths cannot repeat

106: pakъ reče mti bdca again, Mother of God said:
107: ox gorъe i zvezdi i slce i mcъ utešete me ʺo mountain (?), and stars, and sun and moon, give me consolationʺ
108: da ne bi pakъ pomrъklo slce i mcъ ʺmay the sun and moon will not darken againʺ
109: o blžene simeone bgopriimče vo istinu prročestvo tvoe zbi se ʺo blessed Simeon the God-Receiver, truly your prophecy came trueʺ
110: i dxъ sti naučil te beše ʺand the Holy Spirit had taught youʺ
