| 2: | како̀ предáде, їис҃а, хр͒та, на распе́ние | How he betrayed Jesus Christ to the crucifiction | 
| 3: | ♣ До́бре е возлю́бле́ни нáши брáтиꙗ да ви кáжеме какво́ е дꙋмáль їѡáнь прдтча | It is good for you, o my beloved brothers, to tell you what John the Forerunner said | 
| 4: | защо се ҆иѡ́ань по напре́дь по́роди ѿ хр͒та | because John was born before the Christ | 
| 5: | затовá се зо́ве прдтеча їѡань | that is why John is called the ʺForerunnerʺ | 
| 6: | ҆и на иѡрдáнь ҆ѡти́де | And he went to Jordan | 
| 7: | ҆и тамь найде хр͒та | and there he found Jesus | 
| 8: | ҆и ре́че хр͒тось | And Jesus said: | 
| 9: | ҆и҆ѡáне прꙋжи рꙋкꙋ твою̀ на глáвꙋ мо́ю̀ да ме кр͒тишь дх҃о́мь ст҃имь | ʺo John, extend your hand on my head to baptize me with the Holy Spiritʺ | 
| 10: | ҆а онь ре́че | and he said: | 
| 11: | влдко мо́же ли рáбь .:. влдкꙋ да кр͒ти | ʺo Lord, can a servant baptize his Lord?ʺ | 
| 12: | ҆и ре́че хр͒то́сь | and Christ said: | 
| 13: | ҆азь ѿ тебе волим да се кр͒ти́мь | ʺI want to be baptized by youʺ | 
| 14: | ҆и кр͒ти́ го ҆и҆ѡань | And John baptized him | 
| 15: | ҆и настри́же го | and he cut his hair | 
| 16: | такá ще ҆и ва ҆áдь да иде напре́дь | thus he will go to the Hell before | 
| 17: | ҆и знае | and that he knows | 
| 18: | зáщо хочáть да го питать ти́ꙗ чл҃ве́ци що сꙋ ꙋ ҆ада прáведни | because those people that are righteous in Hell/Hades will ask him | 
| 19: | но ҆ако не знáе що щѐ да ймь ре́че | But if he does not know what to tell them | 
| ҆а ѡн ще сàсь прь́сь да ймь покáже | he will show them with his finger | |
| 20: | ҆и ре́че | and he will say: | 
| 21: | етѐ | ʺLook!ʺ | 
| 22: | ҆агàнець бж҃и щото зи́ма на сви́чкиа ст҃ь грехове́ те | ʺthe Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!ʺ | 
| 23: | ҆и пáкь ре́че їѡ҆ань | and John continued: | 
| 24: | ҆ете | ʺlook!ʺ | 
| 25: | ви ҆ꙗ́ кр҃щевамь сась во́да | ʺI came to baptize yourself with waterʺ | 
| 26: | ҆á които посред вáсь сто́й ҆á вие го не знаете нити́ го ви́дите ҆ѡнь ще да вѝ крьсти дх҃омь ст҃имь | ʺand who stands in your middle and you donʹt know him, you donʹt see him, he will baptize you with the Holy Spiritʺ | 
| 27: | така е сáмь хр͒то́сь дето го ни́е не́ видиме | ʺSo there is only Christ, whom we do not knowʺ | 
| 28: | та за не́го чедà пи́тать ҆ѡни́а чл҃ве́ци що са ꙋ ада | and children ask about him those people who are in (ʺbyʺ) the Hell/Hades | 
| 29: | ҆и кажать | and they say: | 
| 30: | дали́ ще: ҆да дойде гд͒ь да извáди ҆и нась ѿ тꙋ́ка | ʺWill the Lord come to take us out too?ʺ | 
| 31: | ҆и хо-ди́ха оученци те їѡана | and the disciples of John went | 
| 32: | и ѿ пе́кь донесохꙋ | and they brought from the Hell (a message) | 
| 33: | защо щѐ сáмь хр͒то́сь да дои́де да ҆извáди ти́ꙗ̀ прáведници ҆изь ꙋстá та ҆áдови | that Christ himself will come to take the righteous out of the mouth of Hades | 
| 34: | ҆и тоги́ва цр҃ь ҆иро́дь ре́че | and then King Herod said: | 
| 35: | того́ва ҆агàнца бж҃иа какво̀ да го̀ ви́димь да го̀ мал͛ко подарꙋ́вамь | ʺThis divine lamb, as soon as Iʹll see him, I will give him a small presentʺ | 
| 36: | ҆и́ това чꙋ ҆адь | And Hades heard this | 
| 37: | ҆и ре́че ди҆ꙗ́волꙋ | and he told the Devil: | 
| 38: | пази́ се брáте мо́й | ʺBeware, my brotherʺ | 
| 39: | ҆иди | ʺgoʺ | 
| 40: | ҆испитáй добрѐ да се не́какь не измáмиме | ʺask well, so that we will not be deceived somehowʺ | 
| 41: | питáй | ʺask!ʺ | 
| 42: | ҆и пази се | ʺand bewareʺ | 
| 43: | защо чꙋ҆ꙗ́ть че е хр͒то́сь | ʺbecause they say (ʺhearʺ) that it is the Christʺ | 
| 44: | та сѐ ҆ꙗ́ко весе́лать | ʺand they rejoicedʺ | 
| 45: | но ние брáте ди́аволе да гле́даме да сѝ не ҆испꙋ́щиме нáше то добро̀ диáволско ҆из рꙋке́ те наши | ʺbut we, o brother Devil, shall see not to let out our devilish good out of our handsʺ | 
| 46: | ҆á нѐ товà | ʺand not (only) thisʺ | 
| 47: | но ще́ме да ѡстáнеме за смех ҆и за ꙋкоренїе | ʺbut we will stay for laugh and for reproachʺ | 
| 48: | ҆и това чꙋ ҆иꙋда предáтель | and Judas the traitor heard this | 
| 49: | та ѡтиде при евре́е те | and he went to the Jews | 
| 50: | та ги ҆ꙋчеше да рáспньть хр͒тà | and he told them to crucify Christ | 
| 51: | ҆á не знаеше ди҆аволь защо̀ е гд͒нꙗ самрьт на сви́чкиа ст҃ь васкр͒ни́е | and the Devil did not know that the death of the Lord will be the resurrection of the whole world | 
| 52: | етѐ срешнꙋ: д҆иаволь їꙋдꙋ на пꙋть | the Devil met Judas on the way | 
| 53: | ҆и наꙋчи го да лю́бѝ, сребро̀ | and he taught him to love silver | 
| 54: | та ҆ѡтиде при евре́ те | and he went to the Jews | 
| 55: | ҆и дꙋмаше ҆имь | and he told them: | 
| 56: | що ми щетѐ да да ви продаде́мь хр͒та | ʺWhat do you want give me if I sell you the Christ?ʺ | 
| 57: | кои да сѐ не ꙋплáши ѿ таꙗ дꙋ́ма | who would not be scared of this word? | 
| 58: | ме́не треперат стáви те | my bones are trembling | 
| 59: | и ꙋплаши́ ми се срдце то | and my heart gets scared | 
| 60: | ҆и заиде ми паметь | and my mind goes | 
| 61: | ҆а онь като̀ ре́че да продáде хр͒та кáкво́ си не прехáпа ҆ꙗ́зико | and he, when he said to sell the Christ, how he did not bit the tongue? | 
| 62: | ҆и какви би́хꙋ т҆иа него́ви ҆ꙋста | what kind of mouth was that? | 
| 63: | ҆и какво мꙋ се не свезá ҆ꙗ́зикь него́вь | and how his tongue did not bind itself? | 
| 64: | ҆и какво мꙋ не исьхнáхꙋ стáви те: | and how his bones did not become numb? | 
| 65: | нь ҆изре́че такви́ва дꙋ́ми | but he said such words | 
| 66: | ҆а еврее тѐ се не сещахꙋ що ймь сáкаше ҆юда да мꙋ дадꙋ́ть да мгѝ предадѐ хр͒та | And the Jews did not understand, why Judas wanted to betray Jesus to them | 
| 67: | но го̀ пи́тахꙋ | bu they were asking him: | 
| 68: | юдо защо продавашь хр͒та | ʺo Judas, why do you betray the Christ?ʺ | 
| 69: | ҆или те ѿпꙋди да не сѝ неговь ꙋчени́кь гд͒ь | ʺdid the Lord drive you away, so that you will not be His apostle?ʺ | 
| 70: | ко́ги ҆ѡми на ꙋчени́ци те нозе́ те нали ҆ѡми ҆и твой те | ʺwhen He washed the legs of His apostles, did He not wash yours, too?ʺ | 
| 71: | ҆и не ще гд͒ь те́бе да ѿпꙋди ѿ до́бро̀ | ʺand will the Lord not drive you away from the good?ʺ | 
| 72: | ҆а юда ни́кого не слꙋша ко́й що мꙋ̀ дꙋма | but Judas did not listen to anything anybody told him | 
| 73: | но́ се го́тви да предаде́ хр͒тà на самрь́ть | but he got ready to hand the Christ over to death | 
| 74: | ҆юдá рече че не знáе гд͒ь че щѐ да го̀ предадѐ | Judas said that the Lord does not know that he will hand over him (Christ) | 
| 75: | ҆и на вече́рна та мꙋ гд͒ь ре́че | and in the evening, the Lord said to him: | 
| 76: | ѡмочи́ви рꙋкꙋ ва соли́ло то́й ще мене дá предадѐ | ʺThe one who has dipped his hand into the brine will betray meʺ | 
| 77: | ҆и не щеꙗ̀ да мꙋ̀ речѐ | and He did not want to tell him: | 
| 78: | стáни ѿ трапе́за мо́҆ꙗ предáтелю | ʺStand up from my table, traitor!ʺ | 
| 79: | защо не сѝ досто́ень да еде́шь хле́бь мо́й сась ме́не | ʺbecause you are not worthy to eat my bread with meʺ | 
| 80: | че тѝ ме́не предáвашь нá самрь́ть | ʺas you are handing me over to deathʺ | 
| 81: | ҆ѡ тешко те́бе ҆иꙋдо̀ | woe to you, o Judas | 
| 82: | ти що ꙋчи́ни | what have you just done? | 
| 83: | та ꙋ́зе сребро́ | so you took the silver | 
| 84: | ҆á гд͒а продáде евре́ѡмь на самрь́ть | and you handed the Lord over to death to Jews | 
| 85: | затовà кáже ҆и пр͒ро́кь дв҃идь | therefore even the prophet David says: | 
| 86: | вл҃чество̀ ҆юдино да зе́ме дрꙋги́ | ʺpower of Judah will be taken by anotherʺ | 
| 87: | ҆и ꙋ неговь дво́рь да не́ ма ни́що жи́во | ʺmay their court be deserted, devoid of anything aliveʺ | 
| 88: | ҆и заради ти́ꙗ̀ гре́хове млого добро ҆испꙋщи ҆ю́да ҆и зарадѝ сребро̀ | and because of these sins and the silver, Judas (Judah?) let away many good deeds | 
| 89: | та би́ то́лко дꙋшмáнинь на ·а· хи́лꙗди ҆áг҃еле ҆и ҆арх҃ггеле | and thus he became an enemy to one thousand of angels and archangels | 
| 90: | ҆á еди́номꙋ ди҆ꙗволꙋ дрáго люби́вь | and so dear and beloved only to the Devil | 
| 91: | ҆и зарадѝ ти́ꙗ гроше́ве та сѐ ѿлꙋчи ѿ прили́ка ҆áпос-тол͛ска | and because of those groats he left the apostolic fellowship | 
| 92: | ҆и прїйде при бе́сове | and he went to the demons | 
| 93: | ҆а ѿ престола царскаго ѿлꙋчи́ се | and from the royal throne he excommunicated himself | 
| 94: | ҆и ѿ хꙋбось собле́че се | and he took off the beauty | 
| 95: | ҆и ще́ше, сáмь се́бе да ѡбе́си | and he was going to hang himself | 
| 96: | ҆áли да предаде́ хр͒та | but to hand over Christ? | 
| 97: | ҆и пакь ре́че безако́ни ҆ю́да на ҆еврее́ те | and then Judas the lawless, said again to the Jews: | 
| 98: | що мѝ ще́те да ҆и ҆áзь вáмь да го̀ предáмь | ʺwhat would you give me, if I would betray him to you?ʺ | 
| 99: | ҆á ѡни мꙋ постáвихꙋ це́на на ·л· сребреницѝ | and they offered him the price of 30 silver coins | 
| 100: | ѡ͒ те́шко те́бе ҆юдо̀ | woe to you, o Judas! | 
| 101: | видело ли́ се е ро́бь гп͒дáра да продáва | have you ever seen this, a serf selling his master? | 
| 102: | ҆á ю́да продáде хр͒та за ·л· сребрени́ци | but Judas sold the Christ for 30 silver coins | 
| 103: | ҆ѡ ю́до ҆ѡка҆ꙗниче не види́ш ли защо́ е то́ꙗ гд͒ь напрáвиль нб҃ то ҆и землю́ тꙋ | Oh, wretched Judas, donʹt you see that this Lord made the heaven and the earth? | 
| 104: | ѡͯ тешко те́бе юдо предате́лю | woe to you, o Judas the Betrayer! | 
| 105: | ҆á коги́ се ѿлꙋ́чи ю́да ѿ прили́ка ҆áп͒толска | and when Judas excommunicated himself from the apostolic fellowship | 
| тоги́ва почѐ .:. гд͒ь .:. да сѐ грижа ҆и да тꙋгꙋ́ва | then the Lord started to be concerned and to sorrow | |
| 106: | ҆и дꙋ́маше | and he said: | 
| 107: | при́скрьбна ми́ ѐ дш҃а та до самрь́ть. | ʺmy soul is sad to the deathʺ | 
| 108: | ѡ͒ мл҃осрьди́е влдчно | o mercy of the Lord! | 
| 109: | ҆á ѿ самрь́ть не бое́ше се гд͒ь | but the Lord was not afraid of death | 
| 110: | защо е ҆о́нь тво́рець | because He is the Creator | 
| 111: | васà сотво́рь е͒ ꙋ неговꙋ рꙋкꙋ | all creation is in His hand | 
| 112: | ҆о́нь ни́когда не ꙋми́ра | He never dies | 
| 113: | на сь́вь ст҃ь дш҃и те ҆и живо́та ꙋ рꙋкꙋ дрь́жи | and he carries all the souls and lives in his hand | 
| 114: | ҆и като̀ ре́че, гд͒ь прѝскрьбна ми́ е дш҃а та до самрь́ть | and the Lord said that his soul is saddened till death | 
| ҆и товà чꙋ д҆иꙗ́воль | and the devil heard this | |
| 115: | та ре́че че сѐ бо́й хр͒то́сь ѿ самрь́ть | and said that Christ was afraid of death | 
| 116: | та срь́чано ҆оти́де | and happily he went away | 
| 117: | та ре́че ҆áдꙋ | and he said to Hades: | 
| 118: | гото́вь бꙋ́ди брáте ҆áде | ʺbe ready, brother Hadesʺ | 
| 119: | ҆и приготвѝ место тврьдо да затво́риме того́ва дето го зѡ́вꙋ́ть .:. хр͒то́сь .:. | ʺand prepare a firm place so that we can lock up the one called Christʺ | 
| 120: | ҆ꙗ́ не́мꙋ самрь́ть приготви́хь | ʺI have prepared his deathʺ | 
| 121: | ҆и пиро́не гото́ви за распе́тїе да го̀ рáспне́те на дрь́во | ʺand the nails are ready for the cruxification to crucify him on the woodʺ | 
| 122: | ҆и етѐ | |
| 123: | за двá днѝ ще́мь: да го̀ доведе́мь прѝ те́бе мо́й брáте ҆áдѐ | ʺwe will bring him to you in two days, o my brother Hadesʺ | 
| 124: | защо̀ ми мло́го пако́сь чи́неше то҆ꙗ́ хр͒то́с | ʺbecause this Christ made me a lot of harmʺ | 
| 125: | ҆и мло́го пꙋ́ти ме ѐ расрьди́ль | ʺand he made me angry many timesʺ | 
| 126: | ҆ꙗ́ ѕло̀ ꙋчи́нихь | ʺI did evilʺ | 
| 127: | ҆á ҆ѡнь сáсь дꙋмà ҆исце́лваше | ʺand he always healed with wordsʺ | 
| 128: | ҆ꙗ́ чл҃вци стави́ те развáлꙗхь | ʺI broke bones of humansʺ | 
| 129: | ҆á ҆ѡнь ги ꙋкре́пꙋваше | ʺand he strengthened themʺ | 
| 130: | ҆á дрꙋги ҆ѡсле́пꙋвахь | ʺand I blinded othersʺ | 
| 131: | ҆á ҆о́нь не знáмь ѿ гдѐ доиде́ше та гѝ просве́тваше | ʺand I do not know where he came from, and he returned light to themʺ | 
| 132: | ҆á дрꙋ́ги сто́рехь ҆ѡщѐ ꙋ ꙋтро́бꙋ майкинꙋ си | ʺand I made other (evil deeds) already in their motherʹs wombʺ | 
| 133: | та побесне́ваше | ʺso (the victim) was becoming madʺ | 
| 134: | та сѐ б҆иеше по кáмене | ʺand he threw itself on rocksʺ | 
| 135: | та мѝ бешѐ дрáго за не́го | ʺand it was dear to me for him (to see his suffering)ʺ | 
| 136: | ҆á хр͒то́сь не знáмь ѿ гдѐ дойде та го̀ ҆ѡздрав сáсь дꙋ́ма | ʺand this Christ, I donʹt know where he came from, but he healed him with a word!ʺ | 
| 138: | ҆а дрꙋгого найдохь | ʺand I found another oneʺ | 
| 139: | ҆ѡще не бе́ше се роди́ль | ʺhe was not born yetʺ | 
| 140: | ꙗ мꙋ ҆ѡсле́пихь ҆очи́ те да не гле́да ст҃ь | ʺI blinded his eyes, so that he would not see the worldʺ | 
| 141: | ҆á ѡн͛ го найде | ʺand he (the Christ) found himʺ | 
| 142: | ҆и нáправи кáль | ʺand he made mudʺ | 
| 143: | та мꙋ̀ помаза ҆о́чи́ те | ʺand he smeared it on his eyesʺ | 
| 144: | и ре́че мꙋ | ʺand he told him:ʺ | 
| 145: | ҆иди | ʺgoʺ | 
| та се ҆ѡмѝ ꙋ силꙋам͛ски кꙋпе́ль | ʺwash yourself in the bath of Siloamʺ | |
| 147: | та ще́шь да прогле́даш | ʺand you will become able to seeʺ | 
| 148: | ҆á ме́не ҆ꙗко стáнꙋ те́шко | ʺand I was so sadʺ | 
| 149: | ҆и не мого́хь ни́що да полꙋ́чимь сáсь ѕло̀ ѿ того́ва що го̀ зовꙋ́ть хр͒то́сь | ʺand I could not attain anything with evil from that one, who is called the Christʺ | 
| 150: | но ꙋзе́хь сáсь ме́не ·з· бе́сове да мѝ слꙋгꙋ́вать | ʺbut I took 6 demons with me as servantsʺ | 
| 151: | ҆и ѡтидо́хь далеко ꙋ чꙋ́жда стрáна | ʺand I went far away, into a foreign countryʺ | 
| 152: | ҆и найдохь ҆едного момкà ҆ꙗ́ко хꙋ́бавь | ʺand I found a very pretty boyʺ | 
| 153: | та влезохь ꙋ не́го | ʺso I entered himʺ | 
| 154: | та го̀ ҆ꙗ́ко ѕлѐ мꙋ́чехь | ʺand I tortured him terriblyʺ | 
| 155: | ҆á хр͒то́сь пáкь дойде | ʺbut the Christ came againʺ | 
| 156: | ҆и тамо ме ҆искара | ʺand he expelled me from thereʺ | 
| 157: | вечѐ не ма каде да йдемь | ʺI had no place to go anymoreʺ | 
| 158: | ҆á ҆ꙗ́ мꙋ сѐ моли́хь барѐ да мѐ пꙋщѝ ꙋ сви́нїе | ʺso I prayed him to let me at least into pigsʺ | 
| 159: | а ѡ̀нь ме ҆и тáмо не пꙋ́ща | ʺbut he did not let me even thereʺ | 
| 160: | ҆á женà не́коꙗ̀ имáше бо́лна ·вı· го́динь | ʺand there was a woman, ill for 12 yearsʺ | 
| 161: | какво́ й бехь стори́ль | ʺwhat did I do to her!ʺ | 
| 162: | та й свѐ крь́вь тече́ше ѿ снагá та | ʺso, blood ran all over from her bodyʺ | 
| 163: | ҆á ҆ѡнь не знáмь ѿ гдѐ дойде | ʺand I do not know, where he came fromʺ | 
| 164: | ҆á женá та мꙋ сѐ: фáна за ри́за | ʺbut the woman just reached for his shirtʺ | 
| 165: | та тай престáна крь́в та | ʺand in that moment the blood stopped (to flow)ʺ | 
| 166: | та се расрьдѝхь на не́го | ʺso I became angry with himʺ | 
| 167: | ҆али́ не може́хь да сѐ би́емь сась не́го | ʺbut I could not fight with himʺ | 
| 168: | ҆и пáкь нáйдо́хь ҆една мома добра ҆и ҆ꙗ́ко хꙋ́бава | ʺand again, I found a good and very pretty girlʺ | 
| 169: | ҆и вале́зохь ҆ꙋ не́ꙗ | ʺand I entered herʺ | 
| 170: | та ҆и чи́нехь ѕло̀ ҆и пакось | ʺso I did her evil and misfortuneʺ | 
| 171: | когѝ ва ҆о́гнь падаше | ʺsometimes she fell into a fireʺ | 
| 172: | коги се ѿ кáмене би́еше | ʺsometimes she was struck by stonesʺ | 
| 173: | коги́ се оде́решѐ | ʺsometimes she was injuredʺ | 
| 174: | ҆á ꙗ́ се радвахь | ʺand I was happyʺ | 
| 175: | ҆á майкà й плàчеше | ʺand her mother weptʺ | 
| 176: | ҆и мло́го жáлеше | ʺand she was very sadʺ | 
| 177: | ҆á х҃с не знáмь ѿ гдѐ дойде | ʺand I donʹt know, where the Christ came fromʺ | 
| 178: | ҆á майкꙗ ю паде хр͒тꙋ на но́зе те | ʺbut her mother fell to Christʹs feetʺ | 
| 179: | ҆и помолѝ мꙋ се | ʺand she prayed to himʺ | 
| 180: | ҆и ре́че | ʺand she said:ʺ | 
| 181: | їи͒се сн҃е бж҃їй поми́лꙋй ме | ʺo Jesus, Son of God, have mercy with meʺ | 
| 182: | зáщо дь́щерь мо́ꙗ̀ ҆ꙗ́ко ѕлѐ пáда | ʺbecause my daughter falls so badlyʺ | 
| 183: | ҆á ıи͒сь рече | ʺand Jesus said:ʺ | 
| 184: | ѡ͒ же́но по твоꙗ̀ ве́ра ҆иди | ʺo woman, go by your faithʺ | 
| 185: | не бой се | ʺhave no fearʺ | 
| 186: | та не ще́ꙗ х͒с тáмь да йде | ʺand the Christ did not want to go thereʺ | 
| 187: | но токо̀ дꙋ́ма дáде на женá та | ʺhe just gave his word to the womanʺ | 
| 188: | ҆и ҆ѡна ме ҆искáра ҆и ѿ тá҆áꙗ | ʺand she expelled me from that (girl) tooʺ | 
| 189: | ве́че ѿ ҆ꙗ́ть ҆изнемо́гохь | ʺI could not (stand it) anymore because of my angerʺ | 
| 190: | нитѝ зна҆ꙗ́хь кадѐ да ҆оти́демь | ʺI did not know where to goʺ | 
| комꙋ́ ли вечѐ ѕло ҆и пáкось да напрáвимь ѿ того́ва хр͒тà | ʺor to whom I would cause misfortune because of that Christʺ | |
| 191: | ҆и напокон се сети́хь | ʺand finally I found out (what to do)ʺ | 
| 192: | защо спе́ше хр͒то́сь ꙋ еднà геми́ꙗ що плáваше по море́ то | ʺas the Christ slept in a ship sailing on the seaʺ | 
| 193: | ҆и ꙋче́ници те него́ви при не́го | ʺand his followers (were) by himʺ | 
| 194: | та запре́хь водá та | ʺso I pushed the waterʺ | 
| 195: | и дꙋхнах си́лень ветрь | ʺand I blew a strong windʺ |

| 218: | та не́го ли кáжешь брáте ҆юдо тꙋ́ка да затво́риме | ʺso, you say, o my brother Judas (Devil?), to lock him here?ʺ | 
| 219: | ҆áзь негов глáсь тꙋка не мо́жемь трьпе | ʺI cannot withstand his voiceʺ | 
| 220: | ҆áко до̆и́де ҆онь тꙋ́ка та ще да йзвáди сви́ те лꙋ́ге дето гѝ ҆имаме: тꙋ́ка ѿ века | ʺif he will come here, he would release all the people we have from all the ages!ʺ | 
| 221: | ҆á ю̀да рече | but Judas (Hades?) said: | 
| 222: | ҆ꙗ́ добрѐ тоги́ва ҆изгнойхь тело́ то, лазáрово ко́лкото̀ фáнꙋ дá смрьдѝ | ʺI made Lazarusʹ body rot well, as it began to stinkʺ |

| ҆и ҆о́нь ско́чи ско́ро като̀ раслáнь ҆ись пе́ще́ра ҆и като ҆о́ре́ль когѝ фрь́ка | ʺhe jumped out like a lion from the cave, and like an eagle taking offʺ | |

| 228: | ҆áде брате си́ла та тво́҆ꙗ ҆и мо҆ꙗ́ | ʺo brother Hades, you power (will combine with?) and my powerʺ |

| 232: | ѡͯ те́шко те́бе ҆юдо на твоꙗ та си́ла | ʺo Judas (Devil?), it is hard for you, for the sake of your strengthʺ |

| 234: | а сега щешь да мꙋ надви́е́шь | ʺand now you want to defeat himʺ |

| 236: | ѡ͒ страшли́ви та ҆ꙗ́ кадѐ ҆ѡтидехь да мꙋчи́мь чл҃вецѝ ҆и да м͛ги чи́нимь пакось ҆á ҆онь ме све ҆изгон͛ваше | ʺo you terrible one, whereever I went to torment people, and to cause misfortune to them, he always chased me awayʺ | 
| 237: | ҆á ꙗ мꙋ се пáкь не предáвамь | ʺbut I still do not give up myself to himʺ | 
| 238: | но мꙋ сѐ све ҆ѡпи́рамь | ʺbut rather, I still fully fight against himʺ | 
| 239: | ҆á ти ҆áде ни едно̀ ѕло̀ ѿ не́го не видѐ | ʺwhile you, o Hades, did not see one injury from himʺ |

| 241: | ҆и ре́че ди҆ꙗ́воль | and the Devil said: | 
| 242: | ҆ꙗ́ знáемь защо то́ıӑ хр͒то́сь ѿ напре́дь боле́сти на чл҃веци ҆исцеле́ваше | ʺI know why (how?) this Christ healed so many illnesses beforeʺ | 
| 243: | ҆á ꙗ задѝ него̀ не ви́димо чл҃веци те | ʺand I donʹt see people because of himʺ | 
| 244: | мꙋчехь ҆и найдохь ҆едно́го момкà | ʺI tortured and found one boyʺ | 
| 245: | ҆име мꙋ бе́ше маѳей | ʺhis name was Matthewʺ | 
| 246: | та го на҆ꙋчи́хь да бе́ре ҆имáне дá е баждаринь | ʺso I teached him to take property, to be a customs officerʺ | 
| 247: | та мѐ слꙋ́шаше | ʺand he listened to meʺ | 
| 248: | ҆и ꙗ мꙋ се ҆ꙗ́ко рáдꙋвахь | ʺand I was so glad of him!ʺ | 
| 249: | ҆á то́ꙗ хр͒то́сь не знáмь ѿ гдѐ доиде та мꙋ̀ ре́че | ʺand this Christ, I donʹt know where he came from, said to him:ʺ | 
| 250: | момчѐ след ме́не хо́ди | ʺo boy, follow meʺ | 
| 251: | ҆и по тáꙗ: дꙋ́ма по не́го ҆ѡтиде | ʺand after that word he followed himʺ |

| 253: | та станꙋ не́мꙋ ꙋче́никь | ʺand he became his discipleʺ | 
| 254: | ҆á ме́не стáнꙋ дꙋшмáнинь | ʺand he became my enemyʺ | 
| 255: | пáкь мꙋ ҆áдь ре́че | then Hades said to him: | 
| 256: | ҆юдо до́ста се бо́ри сáсь хр͒тà | ʺo Judas (Devil?), you have fought enough with the Christʺ | 
| 257: | че ҆ако́ мꙋ нáдви́ешь ҆á тѝ ще́шь да цр҃ꙋвашь сась евре те | ʺso if you defeat him, you will rule with the Jewsʺ | 
| 258: | ако ли ҆о́нь те́бе надвие ҆á о́нь ще да тѝ зе́ме сви́ те слꙋги тво́й ҆еврее те щото дрꙋгꙋ́вашь ти са͒ ни́хь | ʺbut if he will defeat you, he will take all your servants, Jews, whomever you befriend yourselfʺ |

| 262: | ҆и ҆ѡтидѐ прѝ евре те | and he went to the Jews | 
| 263: | та сѐ ҆ѡрꙋжиха на гд͒а | so they took up arms against the Lord | 
| 264: | ҆и сабрахá се дá се згово́рꙋть да ꙋби́ють хр͒тà | and they assembled to make a deal about killing the Christ | 
| 265: | ҆а еврее те хр͒тá не познáвать | but the Jews did not recognize the Christ | 
| 266: | ҆á юда ймь ре́че | so Judas told them: | 
| 267: | когѝ ҆оти́деме: тáмо каде́то се сабрáли него́ви те ꙋченици | ʺwhen we will go, where his disciples assembledʺ | 
| та кого́то ще́мь ҆ꙗ́ да цели́вамь ҆á вїе не́го фане́те, | ʺthen, capture the one, whom I will kissʺ | |

| 269: | та го̀ цели́ва | and he kissed him | 
| 270: | ҆и рече мꙋ | and he said to him: | 
| 271: | рáдꙋй се ꙋчи́телю | ʺrejoice, o teacher!ʺ | 
| 272: | ҆á гд͒ь мꙋ ре́че | but the Lord said to him: | 
| 273: | дрꙋ́же ю́до на кого́ си по́шль ҆идѝ | ʺo friend, Judas, come, for what you have comeʺ | 
| 274: | ҆á за тво҆е то целованїе що целꙋ́вашь ме́не ноѕе́ те ще́шь да сѝ погꙋ́бишь дш҃а та ҆и радос тà тво́ꙗ | ʺbut for your kiss, as you kiss my feet, you will lose your soul and your joyʺ | 
| 275: | що се тѝ ме́не радвашь | ʺwhat makes you so happy!ʺ | 
| 276: | т҆áꙗ на ҆о́гнь пригото́вꙋвашь кꙋр͛ва | ʺyou prepare that (soul of yours) to the fire as a harlotʺ | 
| 277: | предáтель целꙋ́ва хр͒тꙋ ноѕе те да сѝ дꙋшá та ҆о́чи́сти | the Betrayer kissed the feet of the Christ to purify his soul | 
| 278: | ҆á не знáе ли че сѝ дш҃а та погꙋ́бꙋва | but he did not know, that he was losing the soul? | 
| 279: | ҆и записá се ꙋ жи́вотна кни́га ди҆ꙗ́вол͛ска | and he was written down in the book of life of the Devil | 
| 280: | ҆ѡ женà мꙋдра | o, wise woman! | 
| 281: | ҆á ꙋченикь безꙋме́нь | but the apostle - foolish! | 
| 282: | женà разꙋмна целꙋвà хр͒тꙋ̀ ноѕе́ те | the wise woman kissed the feet of Christ | 
| 283: | ҆áг҃гели́ се радвáхꙋ | angels rejoiced | 
| 284: | ҆и ве́нци плетехꙋ | and they weaved wreaths (for her) | 
| 285: | ҆á ҆юда го целꙋва сáсь рáдось | but Judas kissed him with joy | 
| 286: | ҆á диаволе те мꙋ вь́же плетехꙋ да сѐ ҆обе́си | and the devils weaved him a rope, so that he hangs himself | 
| 287: | ҆и като̀ прїйде ҆юдà тà целивà хр͒тꙋ̀ ноѕе́ те | and when Judas came, he kissed the feet of Christ | 
| 288: | ҆и ре́че | and he said: | 
| 289: | рáдꙋй се ꙋчи́телю | ʺrejoice, o teacher!ʺ | 
| 290: | тоги́ва пристꙋпи́хꙋ ҆еврее те | then the Jews came closer | 
| 291: | та го фанáхꙋ | and they arrested him | 
| 292: | ҆и приве́доха го при пилáта | and they brought him to Pilate | 
| 293: | ҆а пилáть седѝ | and Pilate sat | 
| 294: | та сꙋ́ди | and he judged | 
| 295: | ѡ͒ чꙋ́до преди́вно † | o, what a miracle! | 
| 296: | тво́рець дето ще да сꙋ́ди жи́ви ҆и мрь́тви | the Creator, who will judge the living and the dead | 
| 297: | ҆á него предáде ҆ю́да нà сꙋдь ҆и на самрьть | and Judas gave Him over to judgement and to death! | 
| 298: | ѿ кáль чл҃векь создáдень се́ди на престол | a man made up of mud sits on a throne | 
| 299: | та сꙋ́ди создáтелꙗ що е создáль свичкиа ст҃ь | and he judges the Creator, who had created all the world! | 
| 300: | ҆á ҆ѡнь сто́й све́зань пред пилáта. | and he stood bound in front of Pilate | 
| 301: | ҆и биеха го̀ | and they beat him | 
| 302: | ҆и смее́ха мꙋ се | and they laughed at him | 
| 303: | ҆á юда се рáдꙋваше | and Judas (Devil?) was glad | 
| 304: | ҆á женá та пилáтова пꙋщи ҆еднà ве́рна слꙋга при мꙋ́жа си | but the Pilateʹs wife send a loyal servant to her husband | 
| 305: | та мꙋ̀ ре́че | and she said to him: | 
| 306: | не де́й чи́нѝ нищо зло цр҃ꙋ томꙋ́ва прáведникꙋ | ʺo king, do not do anything to that righteous manʺ | 
| 307: | защо ми на сьнь дойде ꙋ тáꙗ но́щь | ʺbecause a (vision) came into my dream this nightʺ | 
| 308: | ҆и мло́го: зло̀ потеглихь зарадѝ не́го ѿ безако́ньство | ʺand I received much evil because of him, because of sinsʺ | 
| 309: | женá го прáведника наре́че | the woman called him a righteous one | 
| 310: | ҆á вие го хайдꙋка нари́чате | and you call him a criminal! | 
| 311: | ҆á ҆юдà каже пилатꙋ | and Judas said to Pilate: | 
| 312: | цр҃ꙋ да не бе́ше хр͒то́сь хáйдꙋкь не щехме го те́бе предà | ʺo king, if the Christ was not a criminal, we would not bring him to youʺ | 
| 313: | тоги́ва пилáть ѕлѐ би́҆еше їи͒са | then Pilate beat Jesus badly | 
| 314: | ҆и предáде го на еврее́ те да го распнꙋть | and he gave him over to the Jews to crucify him | 
| 315: | ҆и ѡни́ го распе́хꙋ на кр͒ть | and they crucified him on a cross | 
| 316: | тоги́ва ѡ͒ка҆ꙗ́ни диáволь видѐ че помрькна сл҃це то | then the wretched Devil saw that the sun was darkened | 
| 317: | ҆и землꙗ́ та се потрꙋ́си | and the earth shook | 
| 318: | ҆и зáвеса цр҃ко́вна раздра се | and the temple curtain was torn | 
| 319: | кáмене се рàспадáхꙋ | stones fell apart | 
| 320: | тоги́ва виде ҆ѡка҆ꙗни ҆ю́да и ди́҆ꙗволь че е зле стори́ль | then wretched Judas and the Devil (?) saw, that they (?) did badly | 
| 321: | та ҆ѡтидѐ при ҆áда | then he (?) went to Hades | 
| 322: | та мꙋ̀ кáже | and he said to him: | 
| 323: | ѡ͒ те́шко ме́не ҆ѡка҆ꙗномꙋ | ʺo, woe to me, wretched oneʺ | 
| 324: | затворѝ ҆áде вратá та да нѐ ꙋле́зне тꙋ́ка хр͒то́сь | ʺo Hades, close the gates, so that the Christ will not enterʺ | 
| 325: | че е ҆о́нь рáспеть на кр͒ть | ʺbecause he is crucified on a crossʺ | 
| 326: | ҆áма не знамь дали́ ще би́ ꙋмре́ль | ʺbut I donʹt know, if he is going to dieʺ | 
| 327: | та затворѝ | ʺso close (the gates)ʺ | 
| 328: | ҆и заключи | ʺand lock upʺ | 
| 329: | ҆и ꙋтврьдѝ | ʺand fortify (them)ʺ | 
| 330: | ҆и ако до́йде ҆ѡпри́ мꙋ се са͒ свá та си́ла тво́ꙗ | ʺand if he comes, stop him with all your mightʺ | 
| 331: | не прїймай го тꙋ́ка | ʺdo not accept him hereʺ | 
| 332: | ҆и ҆отидѐ ҆áдь | so Hades went | 
| 333: | та зáтвори врата та | he closed the gates | 
| 334: | ҆и зáключи ҆и ꙋтврь́ди добре | and he locked and fortified (them) well | 
| 335: | ете гд͒ь нáшь ıс҃ х҃с | behold, our Lord Jesus Christ! |

| 344: | ҆и́ аг҃гели те ре́коха | and the angels said: | 
| 345: | гд͒ь ет͒ь кре́пкь ҆и силень на бо̆и | ʺit is the Lord, mighty and powerful in battleʺ | 
| 346: | тоги́ва ѿговори адь | then Hades answered | 
| 347: | ҆и рече | and he said: | 
| 348: | та коги́ е гд͒ь защо́ е доше́ль: тꙋка ҆á небо́ то ҆ѡстáвиль | ʺif it is the Lord, why did he come here and left the heavens?ʺ |

| 355: | ҆ѡ трѝглавниче велзавꙋ́ле ҆испꙋ́дничѐ ѿ ҆áнг҃ель | ʺo Three-Headed one, Belzeebub, casted away from the angels!ʺ | 
| 356: | ѡ͒ саблазниче ст҃имь | ʺo you seducer of the saints!ʺ | 
| 357: | ҆ѡ хꙋлниче ҆ю́до | ʺo Judas, you blasphemer!ʺ |

| 384: | ҆á ди҆ꙗ́воль си лице́ то де́реше:. | and the Devil was scratching his face |

| 387: | не де́ите ѿтвара вратá та | ʺdo not (?) open the gatesʺ | 
| 388: | защо̀ да сѐ збꙋ́де мое пр͒ро́чество | ʺso that my prophecy will be fulfilledʺ |

| 391: | врáта ме́дна: сокрꙋшѝ | ʺHe will crush the copper gateʺ | 
| 392: | ҆и ключе́ве желе́зни сло́ми | ʺand He will break the iron keysʺ | 
| 393: | ҆и то҆ꙗ́ чáсь се строши́ха вратá та | and in that moment the gate was crushed | 
| 394: | ҆и ключе́ве те се сломи́ха | and the keys were broken too | 
| 395: | та сѐ збѝ пр͒ро́кꙋ двдꙋ дꙋм҆а та | thus the word of Prophet David was fulfilled | 
| 396: | ҆и рече | and (he?) said: | 
| 397: | где́ ти ет͒ь самрь́ть гд͒и | ʺwhere is your death, o Lord?ʺ | 
| 398: | где́ ти ет͒ь побе́да бж҃е нш҃ь | ʺwhere is your victory, a our God?ʺ | 
| 399: | ҆и посрешнáха го. пр͒ро́ци те | and the prophets met him | 
| 400: | ҆и радват͛ се | and they rejoice | 
| 401: | ҆и пеють | and they sing: | 
| 402: | бл҃гослове́нь гре́ди во (҆име) гд͒не | ʺBlessed is he who comes in the name of the Lordʺ | 
| 403: | тоги́ва гд͒ь фана ди҆ꙗ́вола | then the Lord caught the Devil | 
| 404: | та го врьза ꙋ синџи́рь да не ѿврьже́нь бꙋ́де до́ века | and He bound him to chains, so that he will not be released in ages | 
| 405: | ҆á що бе́хꙋ праведницѝ ҆и пр͒ро́ци ҆и ан҃гели́ гд͒ни затво́рени ꙋ ҆ада ҆á гд͒ь ги ҆изве́де ѿ ҆адà | and the righteous ones, prophets and angels of the Lord, who were closed in (the realm of) Hades, Lord led them out | 
| 406: | ҆и каже ҆и́мь гд͒ь | and the Lord said to them: | 
| 407: | ѡ͒ слꙋгѝ мо́й ми́ли ҆ꙗ́ сега ва͒ ҆извáди́хь ѿ ҆адà ѿ мꙋкꙋ вечнꙋю | ʺo my dear servants, I released you from Hades, from the eternal tormentʺ | 
| 408: | ҆идете сегà ꙋ рáй мо́й гдето́ е ꙋготовáно за вáсь свако добро̀ | ʺnow, enter my Paradise, where all the good is prepared for youʺ | 
| 409: | ҆и ҆ѡнѝ ре́кохꙋ | and they said: | 
| 410: | ꙋви́й | ʺwoe!ʺ | 
| 411: | рáдꙋемо се да йдемо ꙋ рáй бж҃їй | ʺwe are glad to enter the Paradise of God!ʺ | 
| 412: | тоги́ва ре́че цр҃ь ҆и пр͒рок двдь | then the king and prophet David spoke | 
| 413: | пе҆еше | he sang | 
| 414: | ҆и дꙋ́маше на пр͒ро́ци те | and he said to the prophets: | 
| 415: | ҆елáте да се зарадвáме (гд͒ꙋ) ҆и да васпее́ме. бг҃ꙋ. сп͒ите́лю нáшемꙋ | ʺcome, let us rejoice for the Lord, and to sing to God, our Saviorʺ | 
| 416: | защо́ е: цр҃ь: победи́тель ди҆ꙗволꙋ | ʺbecause the King is victorious over the Devilʺ | 
| 417: | заради на͒ ҆áнг҃ели ѿпевáхꙋ ҆áлилꙋ́иа | ʺthe angels sang hallelujah for usʺ | 
| 418: | ҆и пакь: ре́че пр͒ро́кь двдь | and the prophet David said again: | 
| 419: | свѝ лю́дие восплещи́те ꙋ. рꙋке ҆и воспевайте бг҃ꙋ глась радо́стни́ | ʺall the people, clap your hands and sing to the God (with) happy voice!ʺ | 
| 420: | ҆á пр͒ро́ци воспевáхꙋ алилꙋ́йа .:. | and the prophets sang ʺHallelujahʺ | 
| 421: | дрꙋ́ги ре́че | anoother one said: | 
| 422: | радꙋи се дь́щи си҆ѡнова ҆и ти дь́щи ҆иер͒ли́мовà | ʺrejoice, o daughter of Zion, and you, o daughter of Jerusalem!ʺ | 
| 423: | ҆и ҆ѡблече́те се ва правдꙋ | ʺand take on the clothes of righteousnessʺ | 
| 424: | защо̀ цр҃ь ҆и гд͒ь надвѝ ҆и побе́дѝ ди́авола | ʺbecause the King and the Lord is victorious, He defeated the Devilʺ | 
| 425: | ҆и такá се ҆áнг҃ли ҆и: пр͒роци весе́леха | and thus both angels and prophets rejoiced | 
| 426: | ҆и бг҃а нáшего їис͒а хр͒та ҆избави́телꙗ слáвеха що е не́мꙋ при́лично чт͒ь ҆и поклоне́нїе | and they celebrated Jesus Christ the Redeemer, to whom it is appropriate to respect and bow to him | 
| 427: | ҆á юдѝ сви чл҃веци ре́кохꙋ | but to Judas, all people said: | 
| 428: | ѡ͒ ꙋ́ме погáни що сѝ толко ѕлоꙋм҆ень ♣ би́ль | ʺo you heathenish mind, why were you so wicked?ʺ | 
| 429: | ҆ѡ безако́ниче | ʺo you lawless oneʺ | 
| 430: | ѡ͒ безчи́сални ҆и́ про́кле́ти ҆ю́до | ʺo you uncountably cursed Judas!ʺ | 
| 431: | ҆ѡ бе́зь҆о́чли́ви чл҃вече | ʺo you heedless manʺ | 
| 432: | ҆ѡ́ злоче́стниче не ҆ѡпро́стени | ʺo you unforgiven evil oneʺ | 
| 433: | ҆ѡ юдо ко̆й да сѐ не почꙋ́ди | ʺo Judas, who would not be amazed?ʺ | 
| 434: | ҆ѡ безакони́че ко́й да се не ꙋди́ви на тво́е то недостоин͛ство | ʺo you lawless one, who would not wonder about your worthlessness?ʺ | 
| 435: | ҆и ко́й те пресилѝ | ʺwho forced you?ʺ | 
| 436: | та предáде гд͒а на бзако́нї те ҆иꙋдее | ʺso that you betrayed the Lord to lawless Jewsʺ | 
| 437: | ҆и ко̀и ти ре́че да стáнешь предáтель бг҃ꙋ ҆и ꙋбїица | ʺwho told you to become a betrayer of God and murderer?ʺ | 
| 438: | ҆и коꙗ сиромаши́ꙗ ҆имаше на те́бе | ʺwhich poverty did you have (ʺon youʺ)?ʺ | 
| 439: | ҆или́ глáдень бе́ше ю́до | ʺwere you hungry, o Judas?ʺ | 
| 440: | ҆или голотà срамна ҆имаше на те́бе | ʺor were you shamefully naked (lit. ʺhad shameful nakedness on youʺ)?ʺ | 
| 441: | та предáде гд͒а да доби́ешь ҆имане | ʺso that you betrayed the Lord to gain wealth?ʺ | 
| 442: | ти ҆юдо налѝ но́сеше на сви́ те ҆ап͒ли добро́ то ко́й що ҆имáше | ʺdid you, o Judas, not carry the goods of all the apostles, whatever they had?ʺ | 
| 443: | нáли бе́ше ꙋ твои̂ те рꙋке | ʺwere they not in your hands?ʺ | 
| 444: | ҆и не бе́ше ти ни́що ҆ѡскꙋдно | ʺand there was nothing lacking for youʺ | 
| 445: | нь защо такà сь́твори | ʺso, why did you do so?ʺ | 
| 446: | защо бе́ше лꙋкáвь ҆и грьдели́вь ҆и зло҆ꙋмень ҆и лáкомь ҆и сребро̀лю́бець | ʺbecause you were evil, and arrogant, and wicked, and greedy, and silver-loving!ʺ | 
| 447: | ти налѝ дꙋ́маше лꙋкáви чл҃вече на дрꙋги лꙋге | ʺdid you not, o wicked man, tell to other people?ʺ | 
| 448: | не любе́те сребро̀ ҆и ҆иманїе | ʺdo not love silver and wealthʺ | 
| 449: | ҆á тѝ предáде: хр͒та: за ҆имание | ʺbut you betrayed the Christ for wealthʺ | 
| 450: | коги́ си люби́ль ҆имане защо̀ хо́дишь сле́дь хр͒тà | ʺif you loved wealth, why did you follow the Christ?ʺ | 
| 451: | ҆ѡ́ ҆юдо зáщо предáде хр͒тà на распе́тие | ʺo Judas, why did you give over Christ to crucifixion?ʺ | 
| 452: | защо̀ такà сьтворѝ | ʺwhy did you do it so?ʺ | 
| 453: | ҆или не дáде ҆и те́бе си́ла като̀ ҆и на ҆ѡниꙗ̀ ҆áп͒тле | ʺor did he not give you the power like to the other apostles?ʺ | 
| 454: | ҆или не ҆исцеле́ваше бо́лни ҆и сле́пи ҆и бе́сни | ʺdid you not heal the ill, the blind, and the mad?ʺ | 
| 455: | ҆или ко́й дáрь дáде бг҃ь нà ҆ѡниꙗ ҆áп͒ле | ʺor which gift did God give to those apostles?ʺ | 
| 456: | а те́бе не дáде | ʺbut He did not give (it) to you?ʺ | 
| 457: | ҆или ти не ꙋмѝ х͒с ноѕе те като̀ на сви́ те ҆апл͒и | ʺor did not the Christ wash your feet like for all apostles?ʺ | 
| 458: | налѝ ҆и те́бе пречести като ҆и ѡн҆и́ꙗ ҆áпл͒и | ʺdid he not let you participate like those apostles?ʺ | 
| 459: | ҆á тѝ безꙋмниче | ʺbut you, o mindless!ʺ | 
| 460: | вь ме́сто добро̀ ҆á ти мꙋ сторѝ зло | ʺinstead of good, you did evil to himʺ | 
| 461: | ҆и ва ме́сто кáто бе́ше ҆áпл͒ь ҆á ти стáнꙋ ди҆ꙗ́воль | ʺand instead of being an apostle, you became a devilʺ | 
| 462: | ҆и защо бе́ше зло̀ꙋмень ҆и сребро̀лю́бець ҆и завистни́кь ҆и грьдели́вь | ʺand because you were wicked, and silver-loving, and jealous, and arrogant!ʺ | 
| 463: | ѿ надвор се гле́дашь ꙋче́никь | ʺfrom outside you look like a followerʺ | 
| 464: | ҆á ванꙋтре сѝ би́ль ди҆ꙗ́воль | ʺand inside you have been a devil!ʺ | 
| 465: | ҆и предáде хт҃а бг҃а на распе́тие | ʺand you gave over the Christ, the God, to crucifixionʺ | 
| 466: | ҆и распе́ха го їꙋде́е гре́шни ҆и безако́ни | and the sinful and lawless Jews crucified him | 
| 467: | но г͒ь такà про́тегли | but the Lord thus went through it | 
| 468: | ҆и прие мꙋкꙋ на се́бе зарадѝ род хри́сти҆ꙗнски | and he accepted the torment because of the nation of Christians | 
| дá ни ҆избáви ѿ мꙋ́кꙋ ве́чнꙋю | so that he frees us from the eternal torment | |
| ҆и да ни сподо́би ва рáй него́вь ҆и ва цр͒тво нб͒ноѐ | and so that he makes us worthy of his Paradise and the Kingdom of Heaven | |
| 469: | защо̀ такà бехꙋ проре́кли пр͒ро́ци те | because thus had said the prophets | 
| 470: | но те́шко те́бе злоꙋмнѝ ҆и злочет͒и чл҃вече ҆ю́до | but woe to you, o Judas, you wicked and honorless man! | 
| 471: | бц҃а: мт҃и бж҃иа плáчеше | Mother of God wept | 
| 472: | ҆и вазди́шаше | and she moaned | 
| 473: | ҆и сили́ нб͒ние дивлехꙋ се | and heavenly powers were amazed | 
| 474: | ҆и аг҃гли трепе́рехꙋ | and angels trembled | 
| 475: | а зави́сни́ци ҆евре́е сме҆ехá се | and the jealous Jews were laughing |
